Best House Noodle - Rosemead

This place is like his name. Bold and in. It's literally one of the best noodles I had. I really enjoyed Youpomian (Vegan Hot Oil Noodles), when my friend invited me here in November. So I decided I had to come back soon. Today was not the best day for Dinning because I had my dog with me and my car was gone for maintenance. But after my plea, the staff quickly agreed, a table outside the restaurant in the parking lot under the shades for me my dog, who is very warm and friendly. I appreciate their hospitality and flexibility to serve their customers. They don't have to. But they are ready to work extra to make customers happy. It is really rare to find a place with delicious food and super nice service in the area. If you want authentic Chinese Szechuan noodles. This is the place.

This place is an underestimated jewel. Great food and service, good price, highly recommended for noodles. I always try to come here when I'm in LA. Their speciality is their Chongqing xiao mian, Szechuan style noodles in a spicy soup. My favorite dishes are the handmade noodles (it is a specific dish) and the glass noodles. They also have delicious appetizers such as pork ear, preserved duck eggs with peppers and salted duck. I hope they get more business as we were the only customers in one hour we were there on a Monday night.

The name is not lying! I love this place and enjoy coming here. Really the best noodles I've ever tried. I recome this place with 100%!!

I have tried many spicy noodles in SGV, and I think this is the best to get the cold spicy noodles. The taste is full of chopped jalapeño and beef. The only problem is that many appetizers are not available. The part is not the largest, but I think it is the optimal part for very spicy foods. We recommend and try again soon!

We actually meant to go to another restaurant but are glad that we accidentally tried this place instead. The beef noodles, sour and spicy noodles, and pig ears really hit the spot. We also love that the portions are regular and not oversized American portions. Will definitely come back again. Yum!
