Mcdonald's - Roseburg

Order was ready fast, and the person who took our order was polite. But after saying LARGE COFFEE 3 times, being charged for a large plain coffee Americano no flavorings) I ended up with a medium coffee with caramel drizzle. At least there wasn't whipped cream, and it was good and hot. I didn't complain and realize some people don't know anything about coffee. So more good points than bad.

Pretty delicious food. Apple fritters there are really good, just didn't get my order right 3-5 times. Most of the people there are really nice. The only big issue I have about this is that I have gotten a completely melted frosty. I would have liked if they were open a little bit earlier because I'm an early riser. The folded eggs have the brown outside that's really gross. I feel like most of the time the food is really good. Do recommend

The young brunette working the payment window at 2pm April 17 had a terrible attitude, wasn't personable at all. The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 was the guy working the 2nd window was incredibly nice. I understand it's McDonald's and I shouldn't expect much, but that girl needs to work the line if she can't even fake a smile.

We havent been to McDonald's in a while, first off, the shake machine wasnt working. Then we decided to order a few sandwiches, nothing big. Every sandwich was plain. No ketchup on the burger, no mayo or lettuce on the chicken sandwiches. At $5.25 for a chicken sandwich, it should at least have lettuce and mayo. And a $7 burger , should be more than meat cheese and bun. We did end up with 2 pickles out of three sandwiches. Very disappointing.

It was ok. There was no one there when we arrived.thatbis what made me disappointed. All the tables where dirty and the floor was sticky around the tables. The gentleman that we got our food from was nice and that was the best part. The chicken nuggets where fine but the burgers where made sloppy. Beings there where no customers they had time to make them right. I feel sorry for the cheer team coming in as we were leaving.
