Starbucks - Feedback

What Katie Logsdon Krupa doesn't like about Starbucks:
I've been to this location a few times this week while I am in town visiting family. I have gotten the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew twice and today it was made with so much sweet cream I couldn't drink it. When I got it yesterday, it was cold brew with the pumpkin cream on top, which is how I like it. I did the same exact mobile order for both visits so I just don't think this location makes drinks consistently each time. View all feedback. What Tobias Sharp likes about Starbucks:
Used to almost never get the same drink twice despite always ordering the same thing, noticed a few months ago my order started getting made more consistently and the staff even started recognizing my face and voice and knew my order when i pulled up to the menu board. They have definitely gotten much better making consistent tasting coffee, the only problem i have now is the price $5 for a coffee) Service: Take out View all feedback.
