La Cru - Romagnano

Environment, staff and exceptional cuisine. the location is very elegant, simple but impactful, with large windows overlooking the hills of Verona. discreet and attractive kitchen. we opted for the 6-course degotation menu (80 euros) and we were satisfied with it: excellent and attractive welcome proposals (creative and also variegated, also very beautiful accompanying porcelain); not all courses are creative but the flavors are well balanced and harmonious. interesting dishonest salad with spontaneous herbs of their vegetable garden to clean the palate. very helpful and friendly staff since we set foot at the restaurant at the time of final greetings. a place where we will return, a very deserved star.

The “La Cru” is located in Romagna, a smiling mountain village well maintained and rich in green with large and comfortable parking 100 m from the restaurant. we were greeted with cordiality. a lady explained her job in the hem that provides the restaurant and here we had the pleasure of getting the aperitif. inside it was a pleasure of wonderful aromas, flavors and gorges: pink shrimp, spaghetti with gallinella, risotto of bruscandoli, lessinia calf and sweets. Good wines. congratulations to executive chef giacomo bag, to the staff of kitchen and room! to return.

All beautiful, a wonderful gastronomic experience, location and open kitchen, food to say little perfect. The dishes seemed painted. the best dessert of my life.
