Tony Roma's - Queretaro - Rohnert Park

I been have had a meal for the first time at Tony Roma´s, on recommendation by a friend. In my opinion it is a nice and worthwhile alternative to local Mexican food. The appitizers, especially the shrimps are very tasty, ribs were very good. Will certainly come again and have other food.

Most food trucks serve better and more vibrant quality than this place. It’s a competitive market and nothing at that location shows any life signs.

The service left much to be desired, we ordered things that never arrived...

Overall, everything was quite average. Unfortunately, our server was inexperienced and didn't know if there was a children's menu or what the soup of the day was. This led to a long wait for our food, which arrived cold. We had to send back a dish because it was too cold and only reheated, leaving the meat dry. I believe it should have been replaced. But, in any case...

Awful experience - I made a reservation but the manager refused to accept it or let me in the restaurant at the scheduled time. Not recommended, they are not friendly at all.
