I have tried many gluten-free breads over the years and they have all been terrible. Grindstone Bakery offers the best gluten-free bread I have ever had, without yeast, so I can enjoy it without any bloating or digestion issues. I have been a fan for years and there is no other bread like it.
Grindstone Bakery produces the most delicious sourdough rye bread I've ever tried. Despite living in Arizona, I have it shipped to me every few months, a tradition I've maintained for years. It's the only bread I eat! I slice the loaves into smaller portions, wrap them in freezer wrap, and store them in the freezer until I'm ready to enjoy more. When I toast it, it's absolutely scrumptious! Thank you, Grindstone Bakery!
Grindstone Bakery bakes wonderful breads, real breads, as breads are enjoyed in traditional cuisine. The breads are truly healthy, whole, and life-promoting. I like this brot very much. I have tried all gluten-free brote they are all good. I buy the sandwich loaves, as they are bigger, is best roasted. if I don't have a morning smooth, I enjoy the roasted brot with avocado kite hill vegan cream cheese or a veggie burger.
