Cold Stone Creamery - Rohnert Park

One of the most pleasant Cold Stone ice cream servers I've met helped my elderly father and me with our creations. He left his credit card in the store and she ran it out to his car with a smile.

Ah, the nostalgia of being a high schooler again! While I understand that everyone needs a job, and high school students are no exception, I can’t help but miss the days when customer service mattered. Sure, I’m not at a Best Buy looking for help with a complicated product, but is it too much to ask for a smile and a warm invitation to try a sample? It often feels like the guys working there are more interested in flirting with their female coworkers than doing their jobs, while the women seem to be more attentive and handle customers well. But let’s focus on the food. The ice cream is tasty and there are plenty of options available, but it can be a bit too sweet due to the high sugar content in the mixes. Overall, I can take it or leave it.

Excellent and prompt service with a friendly demeanor. The staff is well-trained and maintained a fantastic attitude even while busy. They also demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility in taking care of their customers.

Incredible. What else is there to say? Just incredible. There aren’t enough words to capture the experience at Cold Stone Creamery, and this location is just as fantastic as all the others. It feels like a taste of heaven. Ahhhh.
