They have caribou coffee which is the best I usually opt hummus veggie out on jalapeño cheese bagel with potato salad. If you like spicy bagels then you must try chilli bagel with jalapeño cream cheese. Staff is friendly , place is clean and their service is quick Highly recommend this place ,Go grab your bagel !!!

The food is consistently fantastic and fresh. No matter the time of day, Einstein always satisfies our cravings. Their coffee is also wonderful, and their baked goods, particularly the chocolate chip coffee cake, are a treat. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and they even remember our usual order. We can't recommend Einstein Bros. Bagels highly enough!

They didn't tell me so later that day I spent hours trying to figure out why this strange chargeon my account was there from a person I didn't know. It wasted a lot of my time. Extremely unprofessional. Another time Iordered a breakfast burrito and the employee told me at check out that it was $10 even though the sign says it is $6.99. Sheacted like it was my fault for not knowing and asked me to know for next time. How about you Change your sign to reflect theprice? That was a month ago and it still isn't changed on the sign. Their system seems to always be down now so I can't getreward points for my purchases. I should have earned many free rewards by now but I can't because there is no way to addreceipts later in their reward system. Several workers were there for years and were so good. New workers are rarely as nice oras efficient as old workers. I have little incentive to keep returning after years of business.

Went to pick up an order so I asked how much longer since I'm on a time crunch to get it deliveredand make it to my job on time. I was informed that I should not ask that and it's rude then proceeds to throw the order at meand tell me to not come back. I was taken back since all I did was ask but I'll be glad to stay away and I'll make sure all myfriends and coworkers know as well.
