Best Happy Hour in the area, bar none! Super value!

Went tonight with a group of 5 for my birthday. The food was excellent and the service was ok until halfway through, when our server was more concerned about closing his section at 8:15 when the restaurant closes at 10. When you consider yourself to be a more upscale restaurant, there should not be chairs being placed on tables an hour an a half to close when you still have patrons in that section. We’ve all worked service industry and this is just a no no. For the price, we will go elsewhere.

Whew. It’s just really not good lol. The amount of money they are charging for VERY mediocre food is shocking. I wouldn’t go back if they comped my meal. Couldn’t pay me to eat the free food haha.The waiter started out by saying. Normally we are way more packed than this…Bentonville is having an event and stole all our customers ?

Easter: made reservations for 3, one of which was a first time customer. After seating us we were informed it was buffet menu only at just under $30 per person. None of us wanted the buffet but didn’t have enough time to try another restaurant. 2 had the buffet which honestly was equal to non high end hotels. What a complete disappointment. I realize Crabbys was trying to accommodate more people on Easter but sacrificing food quality and service and charging higher prices for that food quality is something I won’t forget when I choose to spend my hard earned money on dining out. One positive thing, did receive a coupon for a free appetizer on next visit… If we choose to come back.

Staff was very friendly. Our waiter, Jeremiah, was terrific. Checked on us frequently but not too frequent. We brought our 2 small dogs and he made sure they were good, too. Food was delicious and outside seating was comfortable.
