The process was confusing when Chuck E came out—it's meant to be a group experience, not an individual one. I had to ask for the adult cups that were supposed to be included, and when I mentioned bringing out the candles, I was told it would set off the sprinklers. There was no prior indication that candles weren't allowed. I believe there's definitely room for improvement. The pizza was decent, and I think the kids had a good time overall.

One of the fountain drink machines was out of ice and the soda was flat, but it wasn't a major issue. My kids had a fantastic time. There were plenty of fun games to play, and even though it was busy, we didn't have to wait long for any of them. I attended my niece's birthday party, but our server/party host was not very communicative and took a long time to bring us things like cups and plates.
