China Bistro/mama's Dumplings

I have read a number of reviews from China Bistro. The main reactions seem to be of dumped lovers. Other menu options do not seem to be much checked. I didn't order a dumplings. I ordered the Crispy Beef and Hot and Sour soup. The soup was delicious. I expected a little more for $2.50. The Crispy Beef was good, but the part seemed small for $14.95 compared to other local places for the same dish.

Delicious dumplings... we tried the moms and the Shrimp dumplings... loved the moms. Also tries Scallion Pancakes and Black Pepper Beef, both were good. Service was friendly. Both Dumplings commands were huge... I think 10 bucks each...

I love China Bistro. I've been visiting her for several years. You have fantastic handmade dumplings that can be ordered for an extra $1 uncooked, steamed or pancaked. Her noodles, cold noodles and salad dishes are all fantastic. But very often they can get heavy handwork on the salt. My favorite dumping flavor are the fish cilantro, shrimp Chive and Mamas Special. I wish they had more protein variations like tofu, chicken or lamb. Eating was always a hit or miss, the service is not always good. But during the pandemic I usually managed what was simple. Your website calls you to order over BeyondMenu and it is quite self-explanatory. Prices are super reasonable!

I have always loved this place for delicious cheap dumplings for which they are known. Your other food items do not shine so much, so if you come here, order the dumplings!!! The Chive pancakes are also great!

Best dumplings in area, delicious and straightforward comfort food. I come here with a good friend every other month or so—it’s our go to spot for dumplings and dinner staples.
