Contribute FeedbackDespite some negative reviews regarding errors in orders and slow service, this particular Taco Bell location seems to have redeemed itself in the eyes of some customers. While there were complaints about stale chips and incorrect orders, particularly at late hours, one customer praised the excellent service provided by a friendly employee in the drive-thru. Another customer appreciated the balanced and well-prepared tacos they received, attributing it to the manager, Chris. The cleanliness, trendy decor, and efficiency of the employees were also highlighted by another satisfied customer. Overall, while there are areas that need improvement, this Taco Bell seems to have some shining moments that make it worth a visit.
Young kid man is absolutely rude, I asked for a refund because they said they didn't have my articles and can't refund an article, I then ask for his name and he says "that's dead" and closes the window on my face. call business better at hiring children:
Don't go here, you're being demolished! I ordered 7 roasted cheddar chicken chalupas only get 4 and they were regular chalupas that cost less....never got my missing 3!
Missed few items in my menu and Mexican pizza was cooked as shown in the attached picture.
Incapable of even the simplest orders. They will screw up your order, it’s a guarantee. Even if you order through the app at the least busy time of day, they will still screw it up. Don’t waste your time here.
Taco's are a joke, my cheesy chalupa wasn't and my 5 layer burrito was a bean burrito. Staff are not friendly at all and when the hell did taco hell become so impersonal. They make $13 an hour for you to order your own food, check yourself out, and clean your own table. Next time I'll just go elsewhere
