Mcdonald's - Rockford

I had a great experience at this restaurant, despite the staff having a stressful night. The speaker was malfunctioning and I could hear their conversation, which ended up being quite entertaining. I was there very late after work, but the fries were perfect, the food was delicious, and I even got a shamrock shake (even though it was midnight)! Great job to the staff for handling the stress well.

We went to the McDonald's on Northridge this morning. The manager Mary Beth was super nice! She went above and beyond! Thank you for making my day extra special! The world needs more sweet people like you!

I stopped by for lunch and it was very busy! I used the self-order machine and received my food promptly, and it was fresh. The manager does a great job of keeping everything running smoothly.

We always come to this restaurant for a quick meal. They are very efficient with serving the food and most of the staff are friendly. Sometimes we just stop by for an iced coffee, soda, or cheeseburger. The only issue I have is that they don't put enough ice in the iced coffees, which is disappointing to me as I don't like my coffee watered down. Overall, it is a good place to grab a quick bite.
