Ordering was easy and contact free. The staff was very friendly and the location was clean including the bathroom. The only thing I did not see been cleaned were the touch screen to order and the pagers to notify the customer the food food is ready. I'm not staying that they're not cleaned only that the cleaning and disinfecting process is not visible. The food was good and it tasted fresh. I'd go back to that partic... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Panera Bread:
I wouldn't suggest trying the pizza here, as there are many better pizzerias nearby. However, everything else on the menu is quite good. The staff could improve by cleaning more tables. View all feedback.
How she abs her! I ordered 3 suppen and sandwiches. I get one of the sandwiches after home and one of the suppers was wrong. no problem. it comes to failure. I talked to the manager who was amazing. she gave me back and gave me all my orders. After I picked up my order at the second time, my sandwich is still wrong! instead of a blt I get speck, huh and avocado. the cook must be fired if it cannot get a swallow right. thank you. Erin to make it right, but they are not the problem. you do not cook. I'll go to parsippany if I want to swallow one. when they look at the last reviews, others have the same problem.
This is the 2nd time I have ordered a group chicken noodle soup and it has been unbeatable. The last time I got the bottom of the pot with no noodles or veggies and when I called the store the mgr took my name and address and promised me a gift card replacement. Today's soup ...hard noodles and hard carrots. Expensive lesson learned twice. I'm done...stay away from panera.
Panera absolutely sucks. They have the same issues like every other business in the area has. High prices and low quality items. They are very stingy just like a lot of businesses. They want you to pay these outrageous prices for less quality items.
Never make the food correctly. I make slight modifications due to dietary restrictions and maybe 1 out of every 5 times is it made right. I work close so I order frequently for convenience but they could do way better
Food was tasty, but proportions are small, very little meat in the sandwiches at all. I ordered a chicken sandwich and had a tough time finding the chicken under all the bread. This is very typical of Panera, so no surprise. The self-order kiosk we tried to use was barely bolted in place so it takes around every time you trapped it. After attempting to place our order the first time (apparent kiosk failure), we relayed the order to an assistant (second attempt ordering) who then called a manager over to take the order verbally (now the third time). They manager was very friendly and apologized for the technical inconvenience. The restaurant seemed fairly clean, but the restroom was in dire need of cleaning the odor of urine hit you as soon as you opened the door.
