On the recommendation of one of my employees, I took my daughter and her beast for lunch. The Welse Po boys were on the point, the collars brought me to a spiritual place, and these red beans and rice... just... dangerous. everything was so good I had to take extra things to my wife who also loved everything. The staff was fantastic and very interactive with us. Walking on foot is less like going to a restaurant and more like going to your favorite aunt's house, just you don't have to take off your shoes at the door. I'm back.
Everything about this place is excellent: food, service, quality is all beyond and beyond. Certainly they also have the best Mac'n'cheese and roasted chicken I've ever tasted. Green and red beans n' rice are also for dying. If you haven't been, go!
Great food and excellent customer service. I have the gumbo (a lot of meat and seafood), also the chicken wings (big snack for lunch) and of course the ruined chicken. Can't wait to visit again, so I can try the rest of the menu.
The chicken is fabulous! Red beans and rice were also great and rubber! Can't wait to go back and add Dessert next time
Drove by several times and decided to stop today. We definitely were not disappointed. We both had the fried chicken which is the best chicken around. Coleslaw was incredible and the greens....just yum. Will definitely be back!
