Steak N Shake - Rock Hill

I'm sitting outside for 30 minutes that I was in my lunch break. I had commanded two and not one of them was right!

I wasn't impressed. I spent $58.12 on 5 meals and they came with small frits and small drinks. pretty expensive. I asked about 3 tassen chili and they gave me these little 1 uncensored. I wanted chili cheese frits that they no longer serve, so I ordered the tassen chili to make it myself. I don't understand why they don't serve them if they all did. the girl in the window said that these tiny 3 rehearsals would not make 3 orders of chili cheeseries. she didn't seem to understand, it had to explain three times. Finally, she told me to lay up and she would bring me a bigger cup of chili. When I waited, the manager came out to give his wife a milkshake. I had to sit there and stare at him and his wife was loving in front of the door. he had no fear of being on the watch. he could have brought my chili. might have needed 3 extra seconds when he came with his wife's milkshake and why does she get free witness while the customers sit there waiting for their order to repair? not classic. that manager priority should be the customers. he's on the watch. take ice on your dame when you go home and we don't have to rub her face for ten minutes. super strange and unpleasant to watch and as I waited for a cup chili for so long, my little pommes were freezing when I came home. I thought the new property was good. what happened?

Delicious, freshly prepared burgers and pommes. the fresh of her food reminds me of In-n-Out burger. the large, clean it area is the perfect midday place. better prices than 5 young and comparable quality.

I am always out in different communities working. Sometimes I pack my lunch and other times I stop somewhere and eat. There aren’t a lot of places that let you eat inside. I was happy to see I could dine in here. The food was served fast, fresh, hot and correct. The new owner was cleaning tables and making sure every had what they wanted and needed. He is working hard to create a good atmosphere for people to come in and sit down.It’s rare to see a manager cleaning tables and throwing away trash. He is definitely leading by example. No one is to big to do any job. Please go give the new manager and his crew a chance

Staff was very nice . Lost our order. Told us to share fires when we paid for another. Cheese sauce was like plastic. Paid 99 cent for onion on sandwich and they just set it on top. Dissatisfied and disappointed. Not like old Steak n Shake. Tires to act like environmentalists by using biodegradable soggy straws but then usesStyrofoam and plastic cups. Milkshakes taste artificial.
