Momma's Place - Rock Hill

My family was taking me out for Mother 's Day breakfast, but we didn 't beat the crowds. We 'd just pulled away from our third stop of the morning when we noticed a sign in a little strip mall on India Hook Rd.... 'Momma 's Place: Breakfast and Deli. ' My son whipped the vehicle into the lot and we went in, saying that we 'd either find a new great place to eat or have a funny story for the future. I am happy to say that it was the former! We all ended up ordering from the lunch menu (Buffalo Chicken Salad, Sausage and Peppers Sub, Grilled Chicken w/Bacon and Homemade Guacamole. Everything was delicious, and most of us brought half home because of the generous helpings. We talked with the owners....seem to be great people....and learned that everything is homemade. Sides included fries (really tasty, and not greasy at all....see if you can figure out the seasoning...we had to ask or onion rings. I can 't have fried foods right now, so asked for another option and they brought me slaw. This slaw was soooo good...just the right seasonings and creaminess. We 'll be back, and hope for the best for this brand new, unassuming place to meet and eat. (Back with an edit to add that this IS also a deli, so that slaw and several other of the meats and cheeses they use can be purchased.

Great food and service! Our family had the Open Faced Turkey sandwich, burger and club sandwich and all were wonderful. We were even there past closing time (without realizing) and were treated respectfully. Will definitely go back!

I stopped in today hoping to grab something quick to take and have lunch with my daughter at school (at 10:55 in the morning). The owners were awesome! Very friendly and the food was delicious! I had the grilled chicken and bacon with homemade guac. and it was so good! I can't wait to go back and try other items on the menu. Momma's Place was a lifesaver for me today. I hope they will be around for a long time!

The food was awesome, but the breakfast menu was very limited so we ended up ordering lunch instead.

We stopped in for breakfast. The owners were really friendly and the sandwiches we got were amazing. I cant wait to try other menu items!
