Dunkin' - Rock Hill

I specifically asked prior to drive thru order if coffee was hot, employee giggled and said yes. I ordered HOT large coffee. Coffee I received was cold, can't even begin to call it hot.I went in store to complain, was told new pot would be brewed WHY is it so hard to get hot, even warm coffee? Plenty of other options in area.

One of the slower Dunkin's that I have been to. It always seems to be a much longer wait here than any other Dunkin that I have ever been to. The food and drinks, however, are great from here and the staff is always friendly.

I asked to see a donut because I could remember the name. The employee grabbed the donut and dropped it on the ground. Her and her cowork laughed hysterical. This was the last donut they had of that type. They asked if I wanted anthing else while laughing. The employee who dropped the donut said at least now she (me) knows what that donut is while laughing.Everything else I asked them about was not in the correct name spot making the whole event annoying.

How is that every time I come to this particular DD, there’s never any bagels??? It blows my mind! Annoying I have to drive 20 mins to another when there’s one 7 mins from my house!!!!
