Brenners Park - Restaurant - Rochester

For my wife's birthday we stayed with our 10-year-old son. The environment including house and staff convince with ambience, live music and service. I'm glad there's something like that in D. It has been an experience for us and we'll be back safely. Special features: building, bar in restaurant, top service. Perfect overall package...which of course has its price.

My husband and I had a wonderful evening. The food was excellent, as was the service.

Very good food. Some would like to have had a little more of it on the plate (meat court). The Bavette from the grill was perfect. Very friendly and professional service. A culinary experience.

We are giving this restaurant 4 stars this time, but we still enjoy coming back. The location and ambiance are as unique as usual, the food is of high quality, and the innovative restaurant and dining concept is enjoyable. However, the "soup" pifferlings were not to our liking. Unfortunately, the service was a bit inconsistent this evening, not due to the lack of skills or eloquence of our servers, but simply because they seemed to be absent at times. Everything took longer than usual, possibly due to the upcoming renovation of the hotel. We look forward to the re-opening!
