Dunkin Donuts - Rochester

The workers in this place are very friendly and always ready to fix your order if they don't have anything in stock. Just today their oven was broken and they gave us an extra donut and said if we came back later, we could get the rest of our order, and we have and it was great!! And they are always so nice and friendly, by far my favorite dune, because the staff is super friendly!!!

This is my way to the DD. My order is always ready. The staff is super friendly. I stopped going with me. This is number one for me. I always had problems with the mobile app or had to wait. They offer fantastic service.

Ordered my coffee a head on the mobile app. I was currently 16 minutes away cause I decided to walk I was going somewhere w/ my son so I wanted it ready, well it wasn?t ready when we got there about 20 minutes later but the guy did make it right away it was pretty dang good. This Dunkin's was the most chaotic one I've ever been to. The service was horrible. Ordered 3 drinks and some breakfast sandwiches and I waited 30 mins to get my whole order. I stood there and watched as no one made the order but they kept takingorder after order. One of the employees was so rude. She told someone she would be right with them and then ignored them andtook other people's orders. On top of all that I didn't even get my whole order even though they said it was all there,should've checked the order before I left. They need better organization. Will never be going to that Dunkin's again.
