Panera Bread - Rochester

Avoid this place for curbside pickup. I arrived and entered my parking number, received an SMS that my food was ready, but no one brought it to me. After waiting 10 minutes, I had to go inside and found my order on the fast pick-up shelf, but my drink was missing. When I asked a nice young lady in the kitchen about it, she told me I had to get it myself. Despite this hiccup with curbside pickup, I have had consistently good experiences at this Panera location. The staff is friendly, the food is excellent, and my orders are always correct and promptly prepared. My experience with the drive-thru has been positive, and fast pick-up has always been smooth. I will now opt for quick in-store pick-up instead of curbside.

Panera Bread is a quiet and peaceful restaurant with a very French-American flavor. The chocolate muffie tastes delicious and moist.
