Ihop - Rochester

Ihop is a fantastic restaurant with friendly staff and clean surroundings. The food is always delicious and they have been serving customers for many years. The location is tucked away from the road with ample parking available. There are no glaring signs to grab attention, which adds to the charm of the place. Overall, I would give the food a rating of 4 out of 5.

It has been some time since I visited IHOP, and my experience was not great. The wait was excruciating, and my order was incorrect. The first time they brought me crepes instead of the French toast I had requested. When they brought me the French toast again, it was still not what I had originally ordered. I decided to eat it anyway, as I did not want to come across as difficult, but I was not satisfied. They need to work on their listening skills. However, my mother's order was good.

This restaurant was a bit pricier and out of the ordinary. It had been some time since we last visited an IHOP, so the experience felt new with their updated menu. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the customer service was excellent. Food rating: 3 out of 5.

The last 2 times I went, food was cold and the portions were very small for the price. Waitress was very nice but wasn't attentive and we sat around waiting a while for our bill. The cleanliness and friendliness was VERY welcoming, however...so that's a plus!Food: 1/5

I haven't been to an IHOP in years until today. What a wonderful experience and meal. Pancakes excellent eggs perfect and tasty sausage. Staff was friendly and accommodating and plenty of them! Kudos to this location's management and staff. Great go to for breakfast when you are in Rochester! (Skip that sad free hotel breakfast! You won't be disappointed!
