My husband and I had a delightful time at this restaurant while having a night away from the kids. The food was excellent with layers of flavors. Being more on the introverted side, the restaurant's ambience was just what we were hoping for : carefree, intimate, and warm. We will definitely be back : View all feedback.
What Roanoke H doesn't like about Crescent City Bourbon Bbq:
Service was just ok. Took until food came to get my drink. Bbq is fatty and greasy. Max and cheese tastes funny. Overpriced bbq place trying to masquerade as high end but isn’t. View all feedback.
Went there with our kids while on vacation. Brisket sandwich was outstanding and the blt was also good. They don’t have a kid’s menu, but they were very accommodating. Service was great and ambiance was cool too.
The “soul sandwich,” Holland’s Milkman bourbon on the rocks, some chill live music, and excellent service were a perfect combination after a long day of hiking. Highly recommend Crescent City for anyone visiting Roanoke!
BBQ and sides were very good. Wait staff responsive and friendly. We sat outside in the patio area which was very nice.
The restaurant was staffed and very few customers yet our experience was bizarre. The waitress seemed confused about everything. When we got our food we had to even ask for plates and then a knife to cut ribs. They brought us a knife from the chef- no steak knives and you serve ribs? The food was average. Nothing stood out, it was not impressive BBQ. Zero to remember.
Perfection! The BBQ, the bourbon, the atmosphere and the staff are outstanding!! The bartenders are extremely knowledgeable about the bourbons they offer, and their recommendations were spot on! When you go, be sure to order the brisket with the white sauce (it melts in your mouth), and save room for the bread pudding dessert (you’ll wanna lick the plate clean). Can’t wait to go again next time we’re in Roanoke!
