Gestion insuffisante ! : 1 étoile, les tables et les chaises sont trop souvent sales. 2 l'heure d'ouverture affichée du Mac Café le dimanche à 10h est rarement respectée : au lieu d'inviter le client à revenir à 11h !!! , offrez à vos employés un réveil-matin ... avant de les virer! Lorsque ces deux problèmes seront réglés, tout sera presque parfait.
