The pizza was great, but the customer service, not so much. I called so many times to see if my pizza was ready because their alert system was down, but kept getting hung up on. Building your own combos is amazingly good. The app makes the order easy, with the exception of coupon codes that I had to get from the website. The pizza was there, freshened when I could drive there. And the price seals the deal.

Very disappointed with this place. I went in and ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas. They were in the oven, 5 minutes waiting. No big deal. I then continued to watch 4 people go, order 1 pepperoni pizza, wait 30 seconds, get their pizza and go out. If that wasn't bad enough, the pizza I got was definitely not hot and ready. 2 stars because the staff was at least apologetic.

I ordered this for dinner tonight through the door. I patiently waited almost 2 hours to get my food, good whatever not the end of the world. Imagine my disappointment when I notice that half of our order is missing, and the other half is not edible. The pepperoni pizza was so burned, there was no salvaging there, and the cheese pizza was only dry, and not cut. Once you picked it up, it just fell apart. I tried to call and can never come to someone. I really understand that short staff and busy, but that should not change the quality of food. I will now use other locations.

Order the ExtraMostBestest Italian Sausage and it does not have the extra sausage is like a regular. Misleading!

I wish I could give it zero stars. I?ve been to this location a couple times and the wait was a bit longer and the pizza was always lukewarm and stiff. But tonight was insane. I ordered one extra most bestest cheese pizza and crazy bread online, so not a difficult order at all. I ordered it at 8:45 as they close at 10, and it said it would be ready by 9:30. I get there at 9:30 and wait in the drive thru for 45 minutes before we?re even helped. When we ARE helped, they said they don?t have crazy bread. Okay fine, not a big deal. I ask for a refund on the bread and they give it to me, after waiting a few minutes they ask us to pull forward so they can help the people in back of us. We wait another half an hour, still not getting our ONE pizza. I go and knock on the door, but after no one answers (there were only two people there), I pull up to the drive thru window. It turns out he refunded our whole order and didn?t tell us. He said we could buy the one cheese pizza they had left, but after checking it was ?messed up?. TL;DR: Food is mediocre, the customer service and wait time are HORRENDOUS. But hey, at least I got my money back.
