Kneaders Bakery Cafe - Riverton

I ordered a Turkey bacon avocado sandwich through door dash, I added extra Turkey and they gave me a nasty sandwich without Turkey and bacon…so does your staff just not know how to read or are they so dumb that they don’t know, a Turkey bacon avocado sandwich needs Turkey and bacon? Nasty sandwich- avocado was not evenly disrupted on the sandwich, just one big clump in the middle, plus they drenched the thing in the dressing! The cheese looked fine, but then of course they forgot 2/3 of the ingredients in the freakin name of the sandwich.

I’m reading that there’s been a change in management and it shows. The people are friendly enough, but the food has gone way down hill. Nothing is ever hot, and they throw the biggest pieces of turkey on the sandwich, making it messy and nearly impossible to eat. We used to love this location, close and easy and always on point. I’ll go to Zupas over this place next time. No I will not be emailing you to “fix it,” you have plenty of unhappy customers and bad reviews here identifying the issues taking place. FIX THEM

Everytime I come in here the store is so dirty. Tonight the girl was putting soup cups in the microwave and sucking the spilled stuff off her fingers. Last time the girl making sandwiches was picking her ear and I asked her to change her gloves before making my sandwich. Which made me hope my sandwich was OK. Kneaders food is so good. Why is it like lord of the flies in here? Where no one is in charge. Yes I know the food industry is so hard. Which is why I hesitated writing this until after the 3rd incident here.

This store is so pathetic, I'd be embarrassed if I owned it. Last time I ever go there, tiny pice of cheese cake for almost 6 dollars cookies tate horrible. Sandwiches are made with no care. Shut down that store it makes the name look bad.

3rd Update. THIS IS THE WORST FOOD RESTAURANT. If it was an option to give negative stars, I wouldn't hesitate. 1st. Went to pick an order that was made ahead of time 4 days ago. Of course they didn't have my order!! Sadly not surprised. Three of the employees sat there and told me they couldn't refund my money for the order that I had previously paid. They couldn't or didn't know how. 2nd. While sitting there waiting for them to collectively scratch their heads about what to do, I witnessed a male female cook, sharing food. The problem, they were eating and feeding each other, with the SAME gloves they were making customer food. He grabbed his sandwich with his gloved hands and leaned over and fed it to her. In the era of covid and with as many terrible illnesses going around, kneaders has employees who wear gloves that go into their own mouths making other people's food. This place seriously needs to just be shut down. Also, walked out with no order that was for Christmas. I can't believe I was dumb enough to try again. Update. For once the online ordering worked, congrats on that. But honestly. Went to pick it up, the lobby was closed. So we had to wait in line in the drive through for at least 20 minutes to get our cold food. Top that off. THE ORDER WAS WRONG. IMAGINE THAT. called to see if we could get the items missing from our order, yes, but you still have to sit in the long drive through to pick them up. Because the lobby is CLOSED. RECENT changes in management or not, it's just seriously not worth the hassle. Done. 11/17/22 This may be a location issue. Our closest store was all of the sudden closed all weekend.. what's that about. So, we chose another store, and man we regretted it big time. They were out of pretty much everything, which is strange because it was normal business hours. As you can see from the picture below, this pathetic thing was supposed to be a Ruben sandwich. Literally, this is one piece of pastrami. The bread soaked in thousand island dressing was soaked and soggy. They're were a few pieces of cabbage. I'm sorry but this is a joke. Not a sandwich.
