The restaurant offers four vegan options, and the rice is sometimes vegan as well—be sure to ask about it. I really enjoy the dishes; they taste healthy and are filling. I'm definitely coming back! I didn't get to try the spinach dish since there were so many choices that I overlooked it. Overall, I give it a 5 for the vegan options! View all feedback.
What Amanda T doesn't like about Tamale Hut Cafe:
The price was steep at $9.96 for just three tamales, and unfortunately, they lacked flavor and were really dry. We tried the pork, chicken, and pineapple varieties, and we were left feeling disappointed. View all feedback.
Even my little bites good. great service and tamales! I can't wait to come back. I will not order the rice again, he is not authentic Mexican rice. otherwise great stop for vegan fools.
I had no problem finding meat-free options. the food was great!
Two years ago, and only wish I had found this place at that time! Super friendly, but better is how good the food is! The Tinga was great. And we tried four different fools and they were all distinctly different and all very delicious! Very recommended!
For almost two decades always delicious. Tamales are authentic, hot and DELICIOUS, and the Tinga is the best I ever had. We don't work nearby anymore, but if we're still close, we'll stop. So glad they still get strong!
Best TAMALES we all have! We loved everything we tried and can wait to go back to try all their vegan and vegetarian options! The fungal tamales and pineapple tamales were my favorites so far.
