Norms - Riverside

I arrived on Tuesday at 1 o'clock in this restaurant in riverside and sat almost immediately. I ordered a water to begin as I waited for a friend and the water arrived in less than a minute. the place was very clean, well illuminated and appealing. the menu is now only a large laminated side with full colour photos on front and back. I had to get a star down because: the French fries were delicious, but the proportion was under the average. 48 French fries for 3.99 tax .09 per french fry. (see picture) for a place known for larger parts was not what I expected.

Love their bigger better options, as it gives you a variety choices that actually are fulfilling. Staff is friendly and speedy. One thing to remember is to bring your mask, as it is required to enter for right now.

I would give 5stars, but it seemed to be short staff on servers. The hosted was very sweet, but our server was all over the place and at first seemed to be a little rude. I can understand by all the tables she had to work. Food was good. Big enough portion to feed us. The prices on the menu items were reasonable too.

We enjoyed our lunch there, thanks to our waiter, and they remodeled it recently.

Server was very good. Wanted a little bit of pink in the state ended up with it more medium well and the baked potato was undercooked,, the clam chowder was more like clam chowder soup very liquidy. Burger was good and onion rings for excellent. Will come back.
