Jack In The Box - Riverside

I've been in the box since a while. always had a decent experience. but yesterday it was horrible that I don't know if the bag was overcrowded or what. but when the person gave me the bag, they tore the food on the floor. he said it should be good because none of the food is open. I took it off. eating it was not even better pommes were cold and old.

They're an okay location they're kind of doing drive-thru only they have it set up where it looks like you can go in but you can't actually go in as a normal regular customer saw some people go in that were friends of current co-workers other than that they don't allow entrance to dine in drive-thru only my vehicles too big to fit through drive-thru (box truck)so I had to go someplace else

10/21/21 9:17pm (Drive thru) service was slow food was cold and to top it off they had the nerve to turn away a truck driver when all he asked is if they can please attend him through the drive through window since they locked there doors and his semi with a load won't fit (obvious) they hit him with if it doesn't through our drive thru we can't attend to you"I heard this a car away (I was next in line) I would've offered him to help him get his food but he had already ran to his semi (which was across the street)

The lines are not too long but they have lately been taking a super long time to get through customers. They usually don’t mess up the orders. They have forgotten to put in the sauces we ask for. It’s not too bad. Sometimes when I go, they close suddenly.

Iced coffee hit the spot...well made, nice pick me up.
