What Chris Inguanta doesn't like about Jedediah Hawkins Inn:
What can I say? The atmosphere was excellent. The restaurant food was top notch. The staff is very attentive and very friendly. The room was cozy. The breakfast was also excellent. I can't say enough about this hotel. We'll go back in June, hopefully. View all feedback.

Be sure to visit the Hawkins Inn Speakeasy and if you 're there during the day, find a chair, relax outside, and enjoy the Jed 's parklike setting. Also be sure to check outthe well crafted wine list, and magnificent desserts. We love the Jed so much we got married there! And you can too!
First, we were informed that valet parking would be available, but that turned out not to be the case. We spent over 15 minutes driving around the small parking lot, struggling to find a spot. This delay made us late for the ceremony since we had to move our car afterward. Additionally, I found the bartender's demeanor to be quite rude and unwelcoming. He made several disparaging remarks about guests under his breath and was disrespectful to the bride. His lack of customer service skills was disappointing, especially given that he was the sole bartender for the event, which should have motivated him to provide a better experience. On a positive note, the food was outstanding—definitely the best I've ever had at a wedding! Overall, if you're looking for a unique wedding venue with stunning scenery and incredible food in an intimate setting, I would certainly recommend Jedidiah Hawkins. However, I suggest the owners prioritize training their staff to ensure they treat guests with the hospitality they deserve.
We had always wanted to dine at Jedediah Hawkins, and since it was my wife's birthday, it turned out to be the perfect choice. The food was outstanding, and the service was exceptional—Elias truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. If you haven't tried this place yet, you really should; you won't be disappointed. Thank you, Jedediah Hawkins, for making my wife's birthday so special!
We initially worked with Grace, who was incredibly helpful and accommodating, while Lia, the owner, went above and beyond for us throughout the wedding planning process. We truly wanted every aspect of our special day to be perfect; however, I can’t give it a full 5 stars due to our experience with the new manager, Elias. I’m not one to complain, but he made both me and several guests feel like we were a burden on him that day. He kicked things off by telling me at 10 AM, while I was getting my hair and makeup done, that he was short-staffed and this was the first of three weddings that weekend. From that moment on, he added significant stress and urgency to the atmosphere. I understand that it’s a demanding job, but I don’t think the bride and her family should ever feel like a burden. We had booked out the entire property and all six rooms as part of our contract, making this a very costly wedding. Unfortunately, several guests reported to me the next day that he refused to serve certain drinks, despite our contract including a full open bar. For example, he denied my husband’s boss a glass of scotch at the after-party, even though my dad was covering the bar tab separately. There were also reports of him refusing tequila and whiskey to other guests. Many attendees found him quite rude, which caused me a lot of embarrassment, and my dad, who financed much of the wedding, was furious. Ultimately, we loved our wedding and had a wonderful time, but if you’re considering having your wedding here, I would suggest requesting not to have Elias managing your event.
