I have eaten at this location twice within 2 weeks and it's pretty good. No real complaints except sometimes they move a little slow in the drive-thru. My food has been fresh each time which is wonderful. View all feedback.

Worst customer service ever!!! I just went to the drive thru. Nothing?no greeting no nothing. So after 5 mins of silence I just go around because at this point I think the speaker must be broke. I get to the window and this so called manager name Zekiya or whatever she said comes to the window and says I gotta go back around and wait in line that just formed. No Fries, no blueberry biscuits, no chicken strips, more coating on chicken than meat and my order was missing items.
This place is the worse. This is the second time I have had bad service from them. The first time I figured it was the staff. It 's the staff in general. I ordered a 2 piece snack, wasn 't offered a leg and thigh then given two wings and said that was their two piece snack. When I asked asked for a leg and thigh I was told it would be 15 mins. After 15 mins leg and thigh not ready yet. I was told it will be an additional 10 mins. After 10 mins the staff is laughing and playing still no chicken. I asked how they would compensate me the manager didn 't even know what that word meant. I ended up waiting a total of 45 mins still no chicken. The manager asked me what I wanted to do. I told them again I wanted to be compensated she closed the window again, another young lady brought my food back and I said I wanted a refund. I am looking for the general manager because this behavior is unprofessional.
I would rate 0 stars if I could. I made an order on September 30, 2022 in the amount of $30.41. My order was canceled with no given reason. I tried calling multiple times, I've emailed, I've filled out 2 complaint forms online, I called the 800 number also sent them a message on Facebook. I haven't got an answer or a refund. I just want my money back.

Was very rude and mind you when I just drove to the window after waiting 5 mins there was only one car there at the window?. This location definitely needs more training. And that manager needs to be looked into!
