Mcdonald's - River Forest

I think this is one of the better McD’s around. I have received the wrong order a few times in the drive through which is disappointing. I tend to go in now and the problem is solved but i know that’s not for everyone. It’s also clean. I would go here, just check your order before you leave the parking lot.

McDonald's you already know about the food. I love the burgers, and the app offers good bargains every day.This store was efficient and well run. Tables could be cleaner, but counter and drinks bar we good.

This location was one of the best however in midstream they changed I decided to go back today 12/9/23 yo get a large coffee made fresh and when I got to the window and noticed the coffee was not fresh nor was it hot when I expressed this to the boy at the window he tried telling me it was fresh and not only did he point his finger at me as if I was sone type of kid which I didn't appreciate he's definitely not a people person and not even willing to try and rectify the problem I asked for a manager to get my money back and not even the manager tried to make it right I will never recommend this McDonald's to anyone customer service is everything and it means so much when you can go and get what you want and it's right I'm sure McDonald's does not condone this type of attitude and I will be contacting the corporate office as well because if he did to me over a coffee no wonder what else he's doing

This location has to be the best McDonald’s location I’ve been to. Management was super nice and even though they were short staffed on a Friday night, they insured my order was correct, hot and fresh and they were very friendly. Place was Very clean and overall the atmosphere was great! I’m not sure if it’s like this all the time, but Friday nights whoever’s running the show keep it up!
