Prices have gone for the first time in ten years making it more spendy than it sued to be, but the quality is still there and is ready on time

I placed an order for a medium pizza with jalapeño, onion, pepperoni, black olive on gluten free crust. I ordered 1 side of ranch my total came to almost $34 ?I’m not a cheap person, but reeeeally?? lolTheir pricing is ridiculous ??‍Great job to whoever is in charge office for costing the menu out ?Side note: Guy that answered the phone did a great job :

Always a friendly conversation at pick-up and same great taste as the original Carbone’s east side St Paul location. I recommend ordering your pizza extra crispy. Really brings out the flavor.

The food is always good but the customer service is some of the worst I’ve had in a very long time. I will be contacting the actual manager and not the person who claimed he was then hung up on me.

Pizza has always been my favorite but willing to go somewhere with good attitudes. Staff that answers phones are rude. If you ask for a item on the menu your told they don't have it or they are out. Asked for a special 1/2 pepperoni sausage. Was told they can't make that because it will cook unevenly! I worked at fine pizza place and never heard this. So I ordered pepperoni and sausage pizza 1/2 black olives mushroom onion as I wanted the kids to enjoy the pizza. I got ok yea I guess. Got my pizza with 4 to 5 pieces on one side with black olives just dumped on. Missing mushrooms. Very upset again. With 4 pizza places in this town apparently they don't care how much business they lose. Maybe the manager with the a hole brother should get some good help and take **** off menue you don't have.
