The restaurant has a limited gluten-free menu, but the sushi is delicious and made with fresh ingredients. They provided gluten-free soy sauce, although it was a bit concerning that it came in a reused bottle that previously held soy sauce with wheat. However, they assured me that it was now gluten-free.
