Typical Tyrolean restaurant in a mountain hut in the Val Pusteria in Valles within Malga Fane, located in a beautiful valley at almost 1800 Mt. with a few huts and 3 restaurants that work until the 18,00 hours of closure of the valley served almost exclusively by 4 minibuses used to transport holidaymakers. Lunch with pasteury pasta, in theory for two people but in practice for 3 plentiful, excellent sausages with potatoes, contour and excellent desserts (Kaiserschmarrn and strudel), two beers 3 coffee and in homage 4 local fruit grappas, all for 54€ and then 18 € per head. Excellent quality of lunch, service carried out by young friendly and friendly in a wonderful natural location. She deserves a visit.
Super recommended. I would take the shuttle bus to save energy for when you arrive at altitude where there are paths for all legs. Whether it's the prize after an excursion or whether it's the same destination of the excursion this malga is super recommended. I personally ate the best Caneders ever. And then there are also games for children who never fail. Super recommended!
The lovely place can be reached with an hour of non-binding route but still all uphill and on forest and mountain path (so not suitable for strollers and prams) following from the valley station the path of milk. The magas complex can still be reached by car, but you will miss the breathtaking route. Malghe offer typical local cuisine, excellent meats, especially homemade speck and dairy products. The Pressknodl is also good, i.e. the crushed caned caneders typical of the Pusteria valley. The yoghurt is made in the malga with their milk and is really spectacular. The location leaves breathless, gigantic mountains, forests, bare rocks, streams, cliffs, hanging bridges... it looks like the landscape of a fairytale. Caution: As usual they do not accept ATMs and Cards, therefore premunite of cash and always require receipt...often (unfortunately) object of forgetfulness
