It was a perfect start april evening to go to the petersham, the restaurant at the petersham hotel, with its magnificent view over the thems. Despite the cold in the air the sun was blown all day and was now slowly faded in the direction of a beautiful sunset, which we would testify from our esstic at a perfect location directly on the window.
A so beautiful hotel in a stunning location with views of the thems. the restaurant is bright and offers a magnificent view of the meadow and the themes. the menu is modern and well thought out with an amazing mix of aromen. the dover sole was stunning. the table also ordered the seafood linguini. the deserts were finished by an amazing soufflé. the wine menu is excellent, as well as the service. a beautiful meal with a beautiful view in a beautiful hotel.

The petersham dining room has something from a strategic advantage – eating that looked through floor to ceiling window, looking at the themes, the turners inspired to paint the meadows is always a joy. I saw the petersham in the summer, before the youngest hit, and was then impressed with it.
Sometimes you just have to escape the hectic londons. the beautiful landscape of richmond is not far away. high above the rolling meadows and wandering brains of this royal park, the petersham hotel stands proud of richmond hill – the perfect perch for a place of the afternoon. especially the poppy afternoon tea, with thick sliced salmon sandwiches, homemade poppy, bitter chocolate and praline opera cake and poppy sauce biscuits.
