had my 60th birthday party in the room above. sam. matthew, bruno and the rest of the staff were so helpful and nothing was too much annoyed. the food was excellent and delivered on time. many rooms for 30 people dancing and dj and the balcony was perfect for views of the river. a great night was from everyone! Saturday evening, only one other table dining, zero atmosphere, cold dining space, and food had to be sent back as burnt. Charged £1.50 upgrade fee to swap sweet potato chips to regular chips, disgusting. Was asked while eating the main course to look and order desert. Had to go to bar to get attention of staff to wait on us but had the cheek to leave the 12.5% service charge on bill. I tip well above this amount for... View all feedback.

Great lunch for early Mothers Day get together food was spot on ! Portions were great and the steak and Guinness pie was the best.
We arrived late on a Monday lunchtime and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The pie lunch was excellent and kept us going all day! Thanks to all staff.
