Every item on the menu is extremely fresh and delicious. I would very much recommend the black cod, it was out of this world! The decor is also lovely. It is a small place and I suggest you make reservations. The prices are reasonable and the service is good. View all feedback.

Felt like trying a new Japanese place in the area. We were seated upon arrival on a Saturday night without reservations. Service was very friendly and the decor is very nice. However the kitchen was extremely slow; an hour after we ordered grilled eggplant from the menu, we had to follow up (again) and our server said she would check on it. 10 minutes later, still no eggplant and we just asked for our bill. This place is terrifying, we paid a total of $231 and the pictures attached were what we got yesterday. Quantity wise, it was nowhere near competitors. Quality wise is even a bigger gap, the spider roll $12) was dry and tasteless, the maki was soggy, the fish caused a stomach ache because my friends ate their sashimi/nigiri $58 each set, two sets total), the terriyaki chicken $30) looks like it is from a foodcourt. Tempura portion is half the size of downtown’s restaurant at the same price. $38) The only thing decent was the miso soup which is included in the set.I will never visit this place again, do us a favour and close this place down, it is beyond shameful that these were made by Japanese chef.
Excellent omakase meal one of the more affordable ones in Markham. The service was great when it wasn’t busy but once the restaurant filled up, it was obvious they needed more help. There was only one server and she was doing her absolute best. The food quality was excellent and super fresh and tasty. Would definitely recommend to others!
I have their omakase’s often. this was the $75 omakase and it’s consistently yummy, fresh and satisfying. waitress are always pretty friendly. cute quiet restaurant that’s always on my restaurant rotation.
We had an amazing experience at this Japanese restaurant! We ordered the Lunch Special, which included sashimi, sushi, tempura, salad, and miso soup, as well as the Chicken Katsu. Everything was delicious and impressive!
My husband enjoys their traditional sushi, although the quality of ingredients is average. However, the attitude of the waiter was impatient. The restaurant is small and has the feel of a Japanese izakaya. I hope they can improve their service, and there is no time limit for dining. There is ample parking available.
