They put very little cheese on the pizza and a bad posture go on the elgin mills pizza, the owners not over cheese ****

Pizza dough was much better than the one on Weldrick.

I ordered a baked cheese panzerotti late tonight. Received my order which had almost no cheese. It tasted like dry bread and sauce. It was completely hollow, but when I normally get them they’re filled with cheese and quite thick. I doubled checked the order and it definitely comes with cheese as I didn’t specify that I didn’t want any.Seems to be a case of restaurant trying to cut costs.Edit: After reading other reviews, I’m almost sure this is a common occurrence. Really unfortunate.

Not complaining about the 10077 Yonge Street location: Ordered 3 party size pizzas, I asked for plates and napkins. When the order arrived they had given me about 5 plates and roughly 12 napkins for 3 party size pizzas. How cheap! Their plates are paper thin also. Pizza tasted awful, carboard tasting crust. WILL NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!! When I called to complain, 1 customers service rep and the manager asked me, how many plates did you ask for? That was never a question asked of me when I ordered, I just assume they know that 3 party size pizzas have 60 slices, if we do some simple math it would be fair to say to put 30 plates in for the little kids. So many pizza places out there to try, you shouldn't upset your customers and making it look like their fault by not telling you exactly how many plates to distribute; the customers assume you know what you are doing. Also, to mention it was a difficult order to place because the person at the other end was difficult to understand and at the same time he didn't understand me. I feel bad adding this in my complaint, but it is frustrating when an order-taker is difficult to understand, polite, but I could not understand him at times.

I’ve ordered delivery from here quite a few times, and the pizza is fast, fresh and tasty.
