I just witnessed a DJ and his employee provide exceptional customer service to a particularly challenging customer. Both of them went above and beyond what could be considered normal service. I cannot emphasize enough how difficult this customer was, yet these two men handled the situation remarkably well. By the way, my food was also prepared perfectly. Great job, Subway!
