Burger King - Richmond Heights

Staff was rude. Food was gross. Facility was dirty. I went through the drive thru and had to say my order multiple times. The lady was really rude about it. When I pulled up, no one was in front of me and they had me pull around. I noticed while paying that the lady taking my order took her headset off and had an attitude. She left as I was sitting in front waiting for my food and I could hear her crabbing to someone on her phone. After about 15 minutes I noticed every car was flying thru the drive thru, their orders were not being taken and people were walking into the lobby and walking out. I go in to wait for my food and a man tried to be professional, but his employees were less than. A girl turned and said here you go very snarky. I ask if something was wrong to another girl and she said their headset died and they wernt taking anymore orders. Got my food and returned to my car but all of it was cold and the burger bun was hard. At this point I had no energy to deal with their attitudes. I came home and threw all the food away. What a waste of money. CLOSE THIS LOCATION DOWN. ITS GROSS AND VERY RUDE.

A horrible experience, very unprofessional they got my order wrong even after looking at the receipt more than once.

Hot food but this location is rundown and filthy. Staff were borderline rude also.

Drove through here a few weeks ago and they said they were out of burgers patties, fries, and chicken...a little weird. Today they took 10 mins to to get 2 people through the drive thru and weren't accepting card. Not accepting card in 2021? Not to mention the fries taste old as if they were refried

My mother had a very bad experience here yesterday. Your rude store employee discriminated against my mother and accused her of lying about her disability because the drive through was closed. It was a valid question. How are people that have disabilities supposed to order when they have trouble walking. Every time this location is visited the service is poor.
