Texas Roadhouse - Richmond

Can't wait until Texas Roadhouse opened in September or October.

I enjoyed the service here, our waitress was Carrie and she was a treasure! She was interested in us and gave us a wonderful conversation while eating us. She was very attentive and friendly. The food was delicious!! Came hot and ready! I usually go to Texas Roadhouse in Lexington, but since I recently moved here to Richmond, I decided to try it. And they followed my expectations with wonderful service and delicious food that filled me and my family! I'm very happy to come back here soon. I will also spread the word how wonderful this restaurant is. Thanks for a great evening!

Okay, so it's not a 5 star in the way to be white glove, but it's certainly a top notch location for the chain. Come for the staff, stay for the food. I already started to rip this fall of bone beauty before I wanted to take a photo. A service. Above-average for food quality related to the brand. Editing the answer as I cannot reply directly. Not sure what you mean by knowing how to improve you? It's great not to be a white glove. This place is fantastic and I said above-average for the brand, as in better than most other places I visited. I gave it 5 stars, this is the highest rating you can get here...

The manager visits all tables as they get the opportunity to check on their customers who were beautiful. Monday is child's night, so we have the meal of my son for free (sorry!! They also had an armadillo (pictures for the children to meet and take photos. The food was hot and filled and didn't take long to get to the table.

Our waitress was very sweet, quick, prompt even tho we showed up bout 15 minutes before closing there food is delicious
