Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Richmond

Pleasant visit. Friendly hard working staff. Chicken was yummy . Aswell as mashpotatoes gravy. I gotta try the Mac cheese next visit. I am completely addicted 2 the strawberry lemonade frozen can't get enough of it. Establishment was clean aswell

Fast food in Richmond is slow. This store is no different in terms of service. The chicken is unique and tasty. I have tried spicy chicken sandwich from many places and this one is consistently better. I miss dirty rice which was dropped. Biscuits are very nice. I'll take red beans and rice, please.

You really can't go wrong with Popeyes...lol. We ate inside the restaurant. It was very clean. The line moved fast. There's a fountain drink machine in the lobby. The food was great and the service was awesome!

The manager tried to attack me for a new cup on the order that was placed last night right before graduation, I told her three times that I didn't take anything and the employee gave me the cup and she still went to me with bad intentions. It was a woman who closed the night before and didn't want to give me her name when she asked the night before she said. She would remember me, but my ENTIRE order was wrong because they closed at 10:30 and still take people money instead of letting someone know they are out of him, or already tied up and let me choose from residual food, BEYOND unprofessional and just right respectless.

I went to the store to order my food. The food wasn't the freshest. But the two guys who worked the front counter and bagging the food made a great job, I was there at 2pm 8-12-22
