Longoven - Richmond

Influential sensory experience that is difficult to capture completely by photos alone. Each taste was perfect and each wine pairing was divine. Thanks to our waitress and sommelier for their first-class, attentive service. While I was here to celebrate a job promotion and appreciate the congratulations of Desserts at the end of the meal, I cannot wait to return, especially to taste and experience the menu as it develops for every season. Another outstanding Richmond, VA, fine culinary experience that meets high expectations! I also appreciated their Kovid plans and vaccine requirements. Thank you.

Unbelievable. One of the best culinary experiences you will ever have. Décor (love the ambience and the bathrooms), service, food, wine, mood. Enjoy indoor and outdoor seats. Kitchen is remarkably quiet often hear you scream and scream, but not here. And actually quite decent value for what you get. Great for special occasions. And service not too slow (sometimes I find tasting set menus can be too slow). The menu obviously changes regularly, but a heavy seafood focus. Every single court was heavenly. My #1 was the crab. I also like to take COVID Delta seriously and ask for vaccination evidence. Well done to all parties.

Amazing wideness in the Longoven. Saw there for the bar stay a while expirience. Had an amazing food offer, the tasting menu at the carpet bar was so on the point, and as it got so, it fits perfectly to the cocktails of Andrew at the bar. From the local specialties, (pieces in place, sun witch) through all times classic (Amazing Negroni and sharp old fashion) and through some completely from the menu meets like a great Absinthe anise infused cocktail and fresh lime drink. I can't wait to return. We'll see you in the spring.

We really enjoyed every dish. It's quite expensive, but I think the experience is worth it. Honestly, it could be a bit out of my price range, but the concepts they provided were really amazing. They changed my perception of how the beds taste and could be paired with them. The whole experience was really amazing and my girl also loved it. The cocktails are really amazing. Sure, the price is like 15 a cocktail, but compare it with everywhere in Richmond and it is a steal. I would like to be back if my budget allowed the wine tasting or the ten course, but I am actually in love with what I had this time.

One word: AMAZING. Best dining experience I ever had. Every dish was prepared to perfection…beautiful ambiance, great service. We will be back.
