Firehouse Subs Parham One - Richmond

I went late on a Saturday but the service was fast and the employees were friendly.

My order is always on point, even when a random mistake happens the crew takes owner ship and corrects it immediately. I visit this location about 2-3 times per month

I got the brisket sandwich and it was really good. I was upset to see that they don't have the 1-10 selection of hot sauces. It's one of my favorite things about Firehouse. I understand that there may be precautions because of covid. But maybe they could have employees serve the sauces in small dipping cups

This place is missing from quality control. It's a recurring problem. I had sandwiches that neither I nor my wife would eat because it was pure fat. And today is the case that I spent twice as much on a subway sandwich because I went to the firehouse and I got half the options. Their steak quality was that of subways, And honestly, Subway would have given me more meat, And definitely would have more options. But instead I went to the firehouse and spent $17. I feel like eating a Mayonnaise cook with a season of steak. There was no substance for it. It was only pure musk and bread

I got a Turkey, Bacon, Ranch, large. There was 2 pieces of Bacon on it. So one part of the sandwich had none. Are they getting like Subway? I am disappointed in them. I went there to get a decent sandwich and they skipped. Bummer.
