What Lovely Wright doesn't like about City Diner:
Horrible customer service, racism. The food quality was poor for my baby and I asked to exchange it and the lady said , what you want me waste our money, food was already cooked so it can't be exchange. She said im not replacing the food and. Waste my money. Standard diner fare. Get yourself a 2 egg breakfast with bacon and pancakes and you won't be disappointed.
Visiting Richmond and came up on City Diner, looked like a place I like. Was not disappointed, the service and the food were good. I will return here on my next visit.
I always get breakfast here and it is top-notch for this area
Old school diner,been around a long time, food was great, and we definitely didn't leave hungry! We will be back!
