Westwood Cafe Steaks Seafood - Richland

We stopped in because of location reviews. We were traveling back from St Louis to AR just needed food. The place was a throw back to probably 1970, not in a good way. Floor was really dirty loose tiles seemed to be an insurance hazard. Waitress was nice enough, tho. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers meat was way overcooked bun was right out of the package. Fries were good. As we unwrapped our eating utensils, the fork knife was dirty. Not sure if it was staining from dishwasher or food left on it. I said nope just pushed it aside. This place really needs to be either renovated or torn down. Bathroom was pretty disgusting no ADA stall. We probably should have just left before ordering, but we were hungry needed a quick meal. We 've made a pact to only stop at Love 's or someplace like that. While we do want to support local businesses, those businesses need to put a little back into their properties. We left with much of the food left on the plate marked the time, so in case we got sick, we 'd know why. I really hope they clean up their place so others won 't turn around leave as they walk in the door.

I'm not sure why people in the reviews expect 5 star dining like this place is Red Lobster.. but I loved it! Classic diner and the food was good. They even accommodated to my meatless eating. Shoutout to the nice waitress lady! She made sure we had our food while she was super busy with everything. You better tip her!

Thur(10/7)went for breakfast(×3) waitress says breakfast bowls- the bomb WORST SLOP EVER we send it back and order omelets(bad too) Gave her $50 she brings back $5 WTH she made us pay for the bomb bowls we sent back Said Nobody gets to order food and not pay for it WOW I asked to have the slop put n Togo She threw it away and told us Never come back I 'm still n SHOCK over my morning there and dont worry lady NEVER

We got the grilled chicken and chicken tenders and this food is a shame it is tasteless the only thing that had flavor was the gravy I wouldn't suggest anyone to eat here.

Great service. have been here twice for breakfast. Westwood scramble is amazing. awesome waitress.
