Lotus Café And Market (phở Lotus)

My husband and I moved from California and had a hard time finding a good pho place here until we discovered Lotus Café and Market. They are amazing! Best pho in tricities!

Excellent meals! Condiments could be cleaned... but great, and generous dishes! We will be back!!!

Best pho hands down is this place! It's soo good that I am almost scared it's ruined pho for me phooooo good and if they ever went away I'd spend the rest of my life crying. The two guys that run this place are sweet, they put on cartoons for my kids and are very thoughtful and hard working people. I read a review below about how they want cash tips and their debit card machine doesn't allow you to leave tips and they were rude to someone because they didn't have cash to tip when paying w debit which is entirely not true and I almost think that person had the wrong restaurant. I've been coming here for over 4 years and I've always been able to leave a tip when paying debit everytime and I've never ever been treated any way for a huge tip or a decent tip. They always just give tons of little green candies to me and my kids. I could probably fill my pockets with all the candies they offer they are just really nice people and I don't feel like they are in it to get rich but to make a living and bless us with good food so that review totally rubbed me wrong.Support this small business or else we won't have this amazing soup with bits of celery in the broth (is that the secret???

I used to love this place. I’m not sure what happened, but the meat is over cooked and chewy now. I don’t always carry cash, and he chose to get a card machine that doesn’t allow tips. He threw a fit when I used it and guilt tripped me about not leaving a tip when I didn’t have cash. Another time I did bring cash because I’m a big tipper and he kept all of my change without even asking. I would’ve left it for him but that was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I hate leaving bad reviews but several times he’s treated me rudely and gave me almost no meat or chewy meat. I’m good. He’ll be my emergency pho place only from now on. ?
