My husband and i ordered coffee on our way to drop our kids off to school. Was the best coffee i ever tasted in my life!! ....absolutely outstanding i actually cried a few weeks ago getting coffee from big name brands on gull rd the other day because i was so frustrated not being able to ever get a coffee that is worth my money. I love spacious venues. The staff is incredible; they are attentive and always go above and beyond for their customers. The coffee is also exceptional. I have always fantasized about living in a city with a cozy coffee shop where the staff knows me by name and treats me like family. Great Grounds has exceeded my expectations. Thank you for the warm smiles and friendly conversation. You truly are the best.
They could not ask for better coffee or friendly staff than here in great grounds. beats all these chain coffee shops in any category!

We stopped for the first time today. really loved the employees who our order for a mocha and a can. warm atmosphere and people.
For the past four days, the restaurant has consistently failed to give me the correct order. Despite specifically requesting caramel drizzle, it is always forgotten. Additionally, even though I ask for no whipped cream, they still include it and forget the caramel. Can someone please explain this inconsistency? However, I do appreciate the friendly staff.
