Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

I went to pick up our pizzas and there was an incredible lack of customer service. I was barely spoken to and I received my order incorrectly.

I love Papa Murphy's pizza but this specific one really struggles to get orders right, especially with customized online orders. I have ordered several pizzas and customized them using the online ordering and have received the wrong order or customization every time. I have never had this issue at other papa Murphy's franchises.

Ordered over the phone and the staff didn't know the menu. They couldn't tell me if they had a combo pizza or Types of salads they could prepare.

Good pizza. I like that they have a crustless option.

Arrogant, unhelpful, and rude evening manager (3/30/23 at 6:45pm). Tried to resolve an issue with a pizza I ordered and he refused to help me. Blamed everything on me. Used to love Papa Murphy’s, but no customer deserves to be treated like he treated me tonight. Not a good experience.
